1. Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Regular Parcel: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Parcel: 2-8 business days
  • Xpresspost: 1 business day
  • Priority: 1 business day (signature option)

US:

  • Small Packed - USA: 5-20 business days
  • Tracked Packet - USA: 8-10 business days
  • Xpresspost - USA: 5-8 business days

International:

  • Small Packet - International Air: 5-20 business days
  • Tracked Packet - International: 10-15 business days
  • Xpresspost - International: 8 business days

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for any such fees.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the courier's website.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please contact our customer service team at mail@eldridgejewelry.com to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Personalized, altered or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
